Weave an Everlea Gradient is a comprehensive three-hour course that teaches you simple yet effective techniques for weaving stunning gradients. With these skills, you’ll create breathtaking woven pieces, and my hope is that you will feel inspired to weave more than one, experimenting with endless colour combinations.

A beginner friendly online weaving workshop, Weave an Everlea Gradient is for people ages 14+ using any Everlea loom and a variety of colourways of Everlea Fingering yarn.

You will learn how to:

1. Weave parallel columns
2. Weave a contrasting gradient (two gradients working alongside each other in opposite directions)
3. Blend colours
4. Prepare and organize your yarns using Janna's printable yarn organizers.
5. Keep your tapestry square
6. Finish your weaving
7. Much more! Janna gives you tips and tricks along the way.

What you need:

1. An Everlea Loom, pick-up stick and two Everlea Weaving Needles.
2. Two sets of Bio Shetland yarn gradients (or two months of Everlea Colour Club). If using your own yarn, ten different colourways of any fingering weight yarn in varying light-to-dark values, preferably two-ply, each around 5 yards each.
3. Blunt end tapestry needle for finishing ends
4. Scissors
