You will need:

• A loom that weaves 6 ends per inch (Everlea Tapestry Loom or Everlea Mini Loom are perfect)
• Two Weaving Needles
• Yarn for warp. Shop cotton seine twine yarn here.
• 10 two-ply fingering weight yarns in 10 different colourways as described below.

Five yarns each from two colour groups (ie reds and greens): one of the following for each colour group of five: light, light-medium, medium, medium-dark, dark.

• Suggested yarn: Bio Shetland yarn bobbins. Find gradient bundles here.

I want you to have the most successful experience. So, please note that the class covers loom set up and yarn choices within my range of Everlea products. If you do not know how to set up your non-Everlea products, I recommend booking a one-on-one online consultation with me to make sure you are setting your loom up correctly and working with compatible materials.

So, if possible use any Everlea loom and Everlea Fingering yarn, because I have chosen materials and loom set up which I know will work for the project we make together.

Yes, Weave an Everlea Gradient is designed for very beginners, ages 14+

To weave an Everlea Gradient you need two five-colour groups of yarn (ie. five reds and five blues.) With additional colours, you can create more than one Everlea Gradient with new colours. For example if you start by purchasing the ‘Kit with Reds and Blues’ and also purchase an additional yarn bundle of five greens, you could weave an additional Everlea Gradient with Greens and Reds and then another one with Greens and Blues. To have enough yarn to complete three full Everlea Gradient projects you will need your original 15 colourways (3 five-colour bundles) as well as one more bobbin each of your darkest colourways (ei darkest green, darkest blue etc)
